Sanya Youalli

Sanya Youalli is a pioneer of ancient tattoo revival in Mexico. Deep interest in the roots and the culture of ancestors, awake in her need of reviving old ways of tattooing, that had disappeared for over a century in Mexico. She made her own tattoo tools from different materials. Self-thought she began tattoo with old tattoo technique, integrating the tattoo practice with the ancient elements, like copal cleansing and traditional healing music.
